Beth Clinton
Beth is a senior reward professional with deep experience across total rewards, including management of complex pay reviews, global grading frameworks, executive compensation, benefits management, and reward communications. She has worked in both large, matrixed organisations and growing SMEs, and understands how to build reward solutions that are structured, fair, and future focused and that grow with the business.
Prior to joining Jarred Consulting Beth held roles in Reward, People Partnering and HR Operations. This included several years at PwC, delivering large-scale reward projects, advising senior leaders, and leading initiatives around pay transparency, benchmarking, and DEI-focused reward strategy. Her earlier roles include global reward positions spanning sectors such as media, legal, and professional services.
Her approach is grounded in data and driven by people. She loves to simplify complexity and deliver clear, effective strategies and communications. Her bread and butter includes producing clear and effective pay modelling, automating reward processes, and ensuring reward outcomes are commercially sound and people-centred. Having also worked in broader HR business partner roles, she brings a strong understanding of how reward fits into the wider employee experience.
She thrives in fast-paced environments where she can build from the ground up, solve meaningful problems, and deliver work that makes an impact. She is known for being calm under pressure, a strong collaborator, and someone who brings structure, clarity and perspective to complex people challenges.
Outside of work you’ll find her on the spin bike or the yoga mat, practising her basic Spanish and exploring North London and beyond.
