Kerry helped us to develop, lead and facilitate our IT Bootcamp. The objective is to develop a more commercially aware and broader thinking IT team. Led by the IT management team, Bootcamp is an immersive training programme – based around role play, challenging group norms and extensive 1-2-1 coaching – with the aim of developing stakeholder management and reinforcing the behaviours needed to make IT an effective partner to the business.
