Stephanie Feltham

Stephanie is  a career Interim HR Consultant with extensive experience leading restructure and redundancy programmes alongside other contracts.  She has experience in restructuring alongside  wider experience in HR Transformation and Organisation Design, Reward & Benefits, and Talent Management Strategies. She has worked for a range of industries including Network Rail, Lufthansa, E3G, Eden Futures and Coop Live.

She operates very much as an internal consultant, partnering with Leadership and the HR team to deliver results tailored to the organisation’s specific needs.  She frequently travels for on-site work, spending 2–3 days per week in London, Aylesbury, or Birmingham in recent roles.
