Martina Spreckley
Having initially qualified as a solicitor at Wedlake Bell in London, Martina worked for several years in HR at Credit Suisse supporting their legal, operations and finance departments in a generalist capacity.
In her subsequent role as an HR manager for a US financial leasing company her experience extended to senior in-house hire and revising the company’s entire recruitment processes, including a new competency framework and running recruitment workshop for hiring managers across the European offices.
Martina then took a career break to raise her family during which time she also volunteered as a Witness Support at the local Magistrates court, providing practical information and emotional support to witnesses to make them feel confident to give their evidence.
She returned to the corporate world some years later, initially as a freelance Headhunter before joining Connectr in 2015 where she works closely with clients in the technology and financial services sectors and brings her expertise to creating bespoke screening and assessment processes for each campaign, including the design and delivery of assessment days.
Outside of work Martina likes to stay active by playing social tennis. To unwind she also loves cooking and long walks with her dogs in the countryside.
