Samira Blanjean
Samira is a PCC coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She started her professional career 25 years ago as a journalist. She then worked in European and international groups as a Purchaser Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager and finally as an internal Coach.
Personal development and learning are a common thread in her career. She first learned how to better communicate with and understand others through neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and has since become an NLP Master Practitioner. She then trained in classical coaching (ICF), next in somatic coaching and then in systemic coaching and constellations.
Senior Executive with 20 years of experience in managerial positions Samira gives her clients the benefit of all her experience and learnings. She coaches leaders to develop their leadership posture, improve their communication skills, manage transitions, feel confident in their role, deal with conflict differently, embody a new function or to be prepared for the next steps in their career.
The methods she uses come from both coaching and management experiences and are based on the ability to listen carefully to the verbal and non-verbal language of her clients and helps them to explore new paths, overcome obstacles, build on their values, deconstruct limiting beliefs and also find the talents, the resources within themselves to achieve their objectives.
She does not hesitate to challenge her clients, to hold them accountable for their actions and to encourage them to celebrate their achievements. This allows her clients to get to know themselves deeper, to develop their self-confidence, their self-esteem, to perform better and to be more efficient while developing the potential of their teams.
