Jon Riley is a leadership development specialist, systemic coach. With over 25 years’ experience, Jon has partnered with global organisations such as Swiss Re, Siemens, Sony, Baloise, Pfizer, and Subsea 7 to deliver programmes that strengthen leadership capability, build inclusive cultures, and enable transformation at scale.

Jon is known for creating safe, engaging environments where leaders and teams can explore complex challenges and translate them into clear, actionable steps. He designs and facilitates leadership journeys, large-scale dialogues, and strategic interventions that help organisations navigate change, align behaviour with strategy, and embed values-driven, high-performance cultures.
