Alice Prabitz Dupont
Alice dives into emotion and intuition with her clients, while respecting and adhering to their leadership developmental goals. She is a certified coach and mediator, career consultant and experienced employment expert with more than 15 years of coaching experience. After having earned a master’s degree in political science and history from the University of Vienna, Alice was active for many years on an international level, notably at the European Commission in Brussels. As a result, her knowledge regarding communication skills, strategic thinking and performance management is outstanding.
From the onset of her career, she has been curious about people, their development and in how to create positive working environments. Beginning as a student advisor, radio announcer and press assistant for a federal presidential campaign and continuing as a women’s rights advisor and member of an equal opportunity commission, she fostered a deep and genuine curiosity for people. Alice values nurturing a space for different views, and does so by use of metaphors or questions.
Following her international career in monitoring and evaluation of employment and inclusion policies, Alice developed her passion as a coach in London completing an International Coach Federation approved program. Along the way she’s had the opportunity to coach clients in many different phases of their careers, from young professionals at the start of their journey all the way to high performing professionals in leadership positions of multinational companies. Her specific areas of expertise include talent identification, personal challenges, goal setting and conflict management. Through introducing new ways of decision making, Alice helps her clients to identify and maximize what makes them exceptional.
She is passionate about creating a better world, impacting personal and professional lives, and creating value for businesses. As a strong believer in continuous personal development she now specializes in hypnotherapy and business mediation.
