Annie is an executive coach and facilitator with over 25 years of experience helping leaders and teams navigate complexity and unlock their full potential. She has worked across the U.S., Taiwan, China, Thailand, and beyond, partnering with high-performance leaders—from directors to the C-suite—across industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
With a deep understanding of leadership psychology and organizational behavior, Annie specializes in guiding leaders through transformational change, building resilience, and fostering courageous leadership. Her approach is intuitive, direct, and deeply human, helping clients strengthen interpersonal skills, develop self-care practices, and confidently lead through change.
Throughout her career, Annie has worked with leaders from global organizations such as Apple, Google, Meta, Amazon, OpenAI, Johnson & Johnson, Visa, Chevron, and many more, helping leaders break unproductive patterns and align their leadership with personal and organizational values. She is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, bringing a global perspective to her work and supporting leaders in navigating cross-cultural dynamics with ease.
As a certified Master Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation, Annie holds multiple accreditations, including Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator (CDTLF) and Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF) through Dr. Brené Brown’s work, as well as certifications in Immunity to Change, Conscious Business Coaching, and Stakeholder Centered Coaching. She has also served as a Board Director for the International Coach Federation WA State and contributed to the development of global coaching standards as a trainer at the International Coach Academy.
