Emma Baradar
Emma has over 25 years experience in graduate recruitment, working for some of the UK’s leading employers. An experienced HR professional, with extensive Graduate Recruitment experience, Emma started her career as an accountant and then worked at Morgan Stanley for 10 years and was Head of MBA & PhD Recruiting, Sales & Trading Europe.
In 2007 Emma took the decision to work in a freelance capacity and since then, with her extensive experience in all aspects of assessment and selection, Emma has been involved in the recruiting campaigns for a range of employers. Current and previous clients include BAE, Bayer, British Council, Deutsche Bank, DWS, Glencore, Linklaters, Mastercard, Nomura, Police Now and Thames Water. Emma is also currently supporting a range of universities with skill sessions in interviewing, presentations and group exercises to enable students to develop their employability skills, a role which she thoroughly enjoys. Emma has a genuine passion for developing people and an ability to inspire confidence and has also recently taken on a coaching role. Having literally assessed thousands of students, Emma knows what is required to succeed in the process and she has a genuine passion for developing people and an ability to inspire confidence.
Emma has a degree in Social Administration from the University of Bristol and is IPD and AAT qualified.
