Phaedra Tarbit
Phaedra is a coach and consultant with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources holding leadership roles across a variety of industries (Tech, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Financial Services, Automotive & Publishing) from SMEs to large-scale FTSE 100 businesses. Partnering with individuals and management teams across a number of industries within global and multi-cultural, often matrix environments, she brings a richness of experience and insight to new people challenges driving change.
Phaedra set up her own coaching and HR consultancy three years ago having previously worked for Hay Group (now Korn Ferry) as an Associate consultant and coach in their assessment practice. She specialises in talent management including attraction, assessment, engagement and development projects.
Phaedra realised the power of coaching during her own coach training which gave her the space, focus, and accountability to work on areas that were transformational to her work and personal life. As a coach, she loves being able to support others to do the same. Phaedra brings a supportive sounding partner who quickly creates effective working relationships centred around a non-judgemental and safe space where trust and constructive challenge are key, alongside a good sense of humour! Her curiosity taps into unexplored paths and enables clients to become more self-aware, explore possibilities and set achievable goals whilst holding them accountable.
As a coach, Phaedra works with corporate clients seeking growth and development for their managers and leaders through 1-2-1 tailored support. She has a passion for partnering with progressive organisations who recognise the unique perspectives and skills that women bring to their business. Through coaching she helps to unlock potential and build the self-belief and capability to navigate a rewarding career.

Phaedra is a certified coach with accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. She also has a Master’s Degree in Strategic HR Management and a BSc in Sociology. She is CIPD qualified and has assessment qualifications including OPQ Level A and B psychometric and Talent Q Dimensions.
Outside of work, Phaedra loves to spend time outdoors either cycling or walking the dog in the hilly Cotswolds as well as regular time in the gym strength training!
