Sheila Pevsner

With over 30 years experience in resourcing and recruitment Sheila is BPS level A & B qualified assessor. Having worked for a professional services firm managing their UK  experienced hire and global graduate recruitment function for several years Sheila began freelancing over 20 years ago. Since then she has worked across a wide array of clients and sectors within the public and private sector, with a particular emphasis on professional services, finance, law and The Civil Service. With experience of volume assessing and application screening from apprenticeship, graduate and MBA/PhD programmes through to director level roles, she has a comprehensive background of both assessing, panel chairing and Assessment Management.

Sheila has also been a panel member for promotion board interviews at director level for one of the Big 4, supported a 2 year post merger redeployment programme for a major tech company and worked in the Charity sector for Police Now and Wellcome. Most recently she has used her coaching skills to work with new and prospective graduates on their employability skills.
