Working closely with the Global Head of HR, we carried out the following:

• Audited existing policies, procedures and processes; identified gaps, and recommended improvements to enhance outputs and efficiencies.
• Identified resource requirements and skills required within Resourcing team and restructured internal resource and hired new staff to meet this need. Trained and developed new team.
• Produced comprehensive resourcing team process documents to ensure knowledge was captured. Included templates and management reports.
