They have operations in more than 50 countries and supply markets such as healthcare, transportation, security and defence, energy, petrochemical and industrial. Listed on the London Stock Exchange and a member of the FTSE 250 index, our client is a global company earning £1bn in revenue with 10,000 employees.

Purpose of the project

To assist the company in the design and delivery of key leadership development programmes.

How Jarred Consulting helped

  • Taking a holistic approach, we designed and delivered (in conjunction with Cranfield) middle management and senior leadership development programmes. These programmes combined face to face residentials, coaching, webinars, networked learning through an online resource portal, strategic business projects and psychometric assessments.
  • We aligned the current graduate development programme to the senior level programmes to ensure a common language was embedded throughout the business and to raise the bar in terms of performance.
  • We designed and delivered the Strategy and Leadership module for the graduate programme, the intention for which was to equip the graduates with a toolkit to use throughout their careers at Morgan.
  • We obtained and analysed feedback from delegates attending various other graduate programme modules, providing key recommendations for improvement.
