International Law Firm

Our client is a leading international law firm advising corporate, financial institutions and governments.  Their core businesses are corporate, finance, dispute resolution and the development and financing of assets in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors.

Purpose of the project

To assist the firm with transitioning their HR and other business services from the London office to a new office location in Glasgow.

How Jarred Consulting helped

Working closely with the Head of HR Operations, we carried out and supported  members of the HR team in the following key areas:

  • Audited existing policies, procedures and processes; identified gaps, made relevant updates and streamlined the delivery.
  • Compiled a detailed six week induction and knowledge transfer plan for on-boarding the new team of four HRAs.
  • Produced a comprehensive know how folder reference tool for the team so that they understood processes from end to end and the relevant templates used.
  • Advised on changes needed in the business and within HR to ensure adoption of the new ways of working.
