Purpose of the project
Jarred Consulting were appointed to carry out a fundamental review of this firm’s diversity agenda, specifically relating to Graduate Recruitment. There were three main aims:
We undertook extensive research including interviews with competitors, key business stakeholders, and the target audience to really understand the client’s current position and also their future ability to improve this area of recruitment. Detailed reviews and meetings of potential ‘partnership’ opportunities were carried out with the leading organisations in the diversity arena.
We ran an ‘interim’ meeting with the client to ensure we were on track with their expectations prior to producing the final report and recommendations.
These recommendations included the potential formation of ‘leading edge’ partnerships with external organisations as well as a detailed action plan for the current team to put in place.
Jarred Consulting consultants not only took our brief, but delved into what was driving the request. From this, the delivery was substantial, in-depth and all-encompassing. Coming from a neutral point of view, they were able to provide us with current market trends, history and outstanding recommendations (both ‘do’s’ and ‘don’ts’). Our interaction with Jarred Consulting was nothing but positive. Needless to say, we’ll be contracting with them again in the future!
