- Take a deep dive into the issues that are affecting your managers now, at this time. What are the sticking points that come up time and time again and what are you going to do about them?
Get them involved in the process. Give them the balance of autonomy and guidance they crave. Stir their natural desires to innovate, nurture, build, investigate and achieve success.
