It’s the drum we’ve been banging for some time.
Interestingly, these five issues have one thing in common: lack of faith – in employees, in management, in leadership and in the future.
The only antidote is trust – but building it is a deliberate act that will involve intentionally rewriting the rules.
It involves the evolution of what we know as talent management and HR, with a greater focus on true partnership and pushing for change. We won’t solve our problems by approaching them with the same energy and methods that created them in the first place.
